Beaver Scouts is where the adventure begins

Young people have fun, make new friends and try new activities through games, crafts, outdoor play and simple challenges.

We build confidence, teamwork and curiosity in a safe, supportive environment.

What Do Beaver Scouts Do?

Beavers take part in a wide range of activities designed to be active, creative, and adventurous.
Every meeting is different, but activities may include:

  • Outdoor games and simple team challenges
  • Arts, crafts, and creative projects
  • Learning basic skills through play
  • Exploring nature and trying new things
  • Working towards Beaver Scout badges and awards

Everything is delivered through games and hands‑on activities, so learning always feels fun.

Badges & Awards

Beavers can earn a range of activity badges by trying new things and learning new skills. They also work towards challenge awards, which help them explore areas such as:

  • Being active
  • Helping others
  • Learning new skills
  • Working together as a team

Badges are worn proudly on their uniform and show everything they’ve achieved.
